Title II Website Readiness Check
A deliberately narrow human evaluation of one resident workflow, plus representative automated scanning. It produces prioritized findings and recommended next steps — it does not establish site-wide compliance.

Site-wide Accessibility Assessment
The full WCAG 2.1 AA audit. We scan every page type, then try to finish the things residents actually come to your site to do, using only a keyboard and a screen reader.
What you get
- A scan of every page type on the site
- Hands-on keyboard and screen-reader testing of three to five common resident tasks
- Every problem we find, ranked worst first, in plain English, each with the fix
- A summary you can put in front of your council, your attorney, or your file

Accessibility Remediation
The natural next stage after an assessment. We fix the site, not a dashboard. Most problems live in a page template, so fixing one thing right fixes it on every page at once. We can implement the fixes ourselves or work alongside your CMS or vendor team.
What you get
- Template fixes for headings, page structure, tab order, and color contrast
- Forms and menus repaired, including labels and error messages
- PDFs and video fixed, or a written plan to move them onto real web pages
- Working code and a dated log of what changed
A separately scoped fixed-price proposal based on the findings. Duration depends on the size and condition of the site; worst problems are delivered first.

Ongoing Accessibility Assurance
Sites slip the moment staff start posting again. This keeps the slipping small and your paperwork current.
What you get
- A monthly scan with a short written summary, not a dashboard login
- A quarterly hands-on review of new pages and anything that changed
- Training for the people who post agendas and news, recorded so new hires can watch it
- An accessibility statement kept current, with review dates on it

When remediation is not the responsible option
Rebuilding isn't a step on the pathway. It's the exception we recommend only when a site is obsolete enough that it can't be responsibly or economically remediated.
