Title II Website Readiness Check
Book a Title II Website Readiness Check
A scan shows you a score. A human shows you where residents actually get stuck. This is a deliberately narrow evaluation: one core resident workflow, tried end to end by a person using a keyboard and a screen reader, alongside representative automated scanning.
What it covers
Hands-on evaluation of one resident workflow, alongside representative automated scanning of your page types. It's deliberately narrow and deliberately deep — we'd rather prove one thing works than guess about forty.
- Keyboard-only and screen-reader testing of one core resident workflow, start to finish
- Representative automated WCAG 2.1 AA scanning across your page types
- Prioritized findings, worst first, in plain English, each with the recommended fix
- What the tested workflow reveals about your highest-priority accessibility risks, and the next assessment or remediation steps
- One page you can hand to your council, your attorney, or your file
- A short call to walk through the findings, if you want one
What it isn't: a full audit of every page, or a compliance certificate. One workflow can't establish site-wide compliance or tell you overall where you stand against the deadline. When you need coverage across the whole site, the next step is the Site-wide Accessibility Assessment — every page type scanned, three to five resident tasks tested by hand, and findings that scope remediation.
What to expect
Step 01
You book it
Fill out the form below. Within one business day a person replies to confirm scope and price — no sales call unless you want one.
Step 02
We agree on the task
One core thing residents come to your site to do: paying a bill, pulling a meeting agenda, filing a permit. You pick it, or we suggest one.
Step 03
We test it
A person tries that workflow start to finish with a keyboard and a screen reader, alongside representative automated WCAG 2.1 AA scanning of your page types.
Step 04
You get the report
Within three business days of the start: prioritized findings, worst first, in plain English, each with the recommended fix — plus what the tested workflow reveals about your highest-priority accessibility risks and the next assessment or remediation steps.
Book it
Tell us who you are, where your site lives, and which resident task matters most. Pick a start date if you have one in mind — we'll work around it or suggest the nearest week we can start.
The Readiness Check is a fixed price, confirmed before any work begins. Each later stage is priced on its own: a site-wide assessment is a fixed price based on a defined site size and scope, remediation is a separately scoped fixed-price proposal based on the findings, and ongoing assurance is a month-to-month package. You'll always have the number in front of you before you commit.
