Accessibility statement

Accessibility of this website

We hold this site to the same standard we ask of our clients. If any part of it stops you, tell us and we'll fix it.

The standard we hold this site to

We hold this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That's the same standard named in the ADA Title II web rule and in Section 508 — the one your April 2027 or April 2028 deadline points to. We believe this site meets it today.

How we tested it

By machine and by hand:

  • Automated rule checking on every page type.
  • Every page walked through with a keyboard only — the menu, all three forms, and every link — checking that the highlight moves in a sensible order and stays visible.
  • A screen-reader pass over the headings, page structure, form labels, error messages, and confirmations.
  • Every color pairing measured: at least 4.5 to 1 for body text, 3 to 1 for large text and for the edges of buttons and fields.
  • The whole site checked at 200% zoom and on a 320-pixel-wide screen, with no sideways scrolling.
  • All movement turned off when a visitor's device asks for reduced motion.
